ECA Services becomes an EMET Group Company

Reading, May 14, 2018 – ECA Services Ltd. and EMET Group (E&M Computing, TASE: EMCO) today announced completion of a strategic acquisition that will see the Reading-based system integrator join a group of IT infrastructure specialists. Building on their commitment to performance, delivery, and quality; this move will fuel significant growth for ECA, transforming a predominately UK operation into an international specialist of integrated computing solutions.
ECA will blend their market-leading services with EMET’s knowledge and technologies, resulting in a unique solutions portfolio that combines the focus and synergy of a domestic operation with the strength and framework of a much larger enterprise. This increased scope will allow for greater expansion in specialist areas such as OEM appliances, data centres, cyber security, hyperscale cloud computing, and rack integration.
In addition to today’s announcement, ECA also unveiled its new branding which will see the EMET Group moniker added in the coming weeks.
