Leadership

Paul is responsible for leading HIPER Global’s growth and performance strategies, bringing more than 20 years of experience in industrial IT, high-performance computing, and embedded technology. Under his leadership, HIPER Global has experienced significant growth over the last 15 years and is on-track to become a global powerhouse of technology. Outside of work, he is an avid scuba diver and can usually be found beneath the waves.

Mark leads our Sales Team and brings more than 20 years experience in embedded and applied computing to the role. He specialises in complex designs, leading-edge technology, and compute-based solutions that solve industrial and commercial challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with young family and can be found outdoors, either on the rugby pitch or hiking across the coastal countryside.

Rowan oversees the technical functions at HIPER Global, bringing more than 20 years of expertise in embedded, rack-mount, and high-performance technologies to the team. His specialities includes solution identification and resolution, electronic engineering, and product development.

Freya joined HIPER Global more than 10 years ago and as Operations Manager helped to create the end-to-end processes that we use today. She overseas all aspects of our fulfilment and logistical functions, maintaining quality for our customers end-to-end. Outside of the office, you can find her spending time outdoors with her young family and 2 dogs.
